Shipping & Goods Return Policy

FREE freight will apply to all invoices with a value of $400.00 and over (GST exclusive).

PLEASE NOTE: Specific courier requests, urgent, Saturday delivery and/or rural delivery may incur additional charges.

Orders under $400.00 (GST exclusive) will have freight added when invoiced.

All orders will be dispatched on the next available courier after receiving your order.

GOODS RETURN POLICY :

Something to return?  Please give us a call (freephone 0800 99 29 27) to organise a returns authorisation number.

Award Importing may accept goods for return at its discretion.  Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation number.  We may accept goods for return provided they are stock items, still in original condition and have not been fitted or used in any way.  Goods returned at the request of the customer may incur a restocking fee and freight recovery charges.  Clearance items are not returnable unless faulty.  Goods must be returned within 21 days of dispatch from our warehouse.  

We can credit specifically procured goods provided our supplier will take them back.  This may incur a freight recovery charge.

If you suspect that the goods you have purchased are faulty, give us a call to arrange a returns authorisation number.  On receipt, we will inspect them and, if faulty, arrange a credit.  This may be a full or pro-rata credit based on usage.  Please Note: we cannot credit any goods until after they have been returned to us.
